The white California HULKSTR license plate is produced as seen on a 1980 C3 Corvette driven by Hulk Hogan. One of Hogan’s gimmicks back in the 80s was his ‘war bonnet’. The war bonnet was a goofy helmet he wore (that didn’t last very long), and he added to it by using his HULKSTR license plate as a necklace.
